Outcome 2: Information Literacy

Students will be able to evaluate and act on criteria for relevance, credibility, and ethics when gathering, analyzing, and presenting primary and secondary source materials.

Why and how do they fit the criteria (criteria of outcome)? Be as specific as possible here.

- For this outcome, I chose the "Writing project 1" assignment and the "Key Concepts Task" assignment. Both of these assignments helped me to analyze primary and secondary source materials. The key concepts assignment was my picking apart an article to find the primary and secondary sources and what they meant. However, in the writing project 1 assignment was me taking what I knew about primary and secondary sources and using them in my annotated bibliography for my next project.

- These 2 assignments were the ones I found more significant to this outcome because they really helped me to big deeper into what I knew about finding and using primary and secondary sources within my own work.
